I once was a person who wouldn’t go out anywhere, I was scared of going out and meeting new people and getting involved in new activities I would hide myself away , but with encouragement from my partner I made myself go to Michelle’s Zumba classes, Michelle made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door, there’s loads of energy , lots of friendly faces and I come away feeling fantastic every time.  😊 Penny x

I had never been to a Zumba class before I was made to feel very welcome its a fun way to be a bit fitter Michelle is full of energy and takes time to talk to everyone I really enjoy going and have made new friends.

I’ve been going to Zumba with Michelle for nearly a year now and I love it. It’s lovely to watch more people attending and coming back for more zumba love. Michelle was someone I knew but attending zumba its given me the chance to get to know her more and she has become a good friend. Zumba has also given me more confidence in myself and I love learning the new routines. Michelle is a lovely bubbly warm person and she takes the time to talk to everyone who attends and even if she is having a bad day she always has a smile on her face. She has so much energy and it does rub off on us who attends. It’s a fun way to keep fit and a way to make some new friends. Keep up the Zumba love. 🙂


Michelle’s zumba classes are full of fun, energy and enthusiasum. l love going to them and would recommend them to anyone wanting a good workout in a welcomimg friendly atmosphere. Michelle encourages you to work at your own pace, gradually building up your fitness and makes working out really fun.


Michelle is truly inspirational and has amazing energy. I enjoy every class and come away feeling happy and energised. You can work out at your own level but Michelle also encourages you to try harder and for me this is very important. I would 100% recommend Michelle to anyone wanting to have some fun but also improve their fitness level.
